Tamil Nadu has the magnificent tradition of sending young men and women to the Indian army in service to the Country. We have to increase the number of our youths joining the defence forces by instilling heroism in them. To help these soldiers do their work with great dedication, it is essential that their families are protected in their absence and means are provided to  retired soldiers to spend their days constructively and in peace.
